We’re seeking a Process Development Technologist to support the journey of new products from concept to launch. In this hands-on role, you'll bridge the gap between development, technical, and operations teams, helping deliver high-quality products on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend factory trials, managing documentation and data collection.
- Review recipes for process and cost implications, flagging any concerns early.
- Support raw material and packaging needs, ensuring sourcing and documentation are in place.
- Maintain factory documentation such as line specs, information sheets, and quality standards.
- Organise lab testing for shelf life and nutrition; interpret results and take action.
- Assist in validating processes including heat treatments and product safety modelling.
- Learn factory machinery programming to support new product runs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and share key outcomes.
- Manage sensory evaluations to support shelf life assessments.
