My friendly, expanding client are seeking to recruit a Print Coordinator to join their successful Derby based manufacturing business.
Overall Purpose: The team are responsible for internal coordination and are the first point of contact with customers. The team build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role (Sales Support, Sales Admin, Customer Service) within a manufacturing, printing or packaging company. You will have a sharp attention for detail and ensure accuracy when sending information to customers, raising sales orders and production documentation. You must be a proactive person, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate at all levels, understand the manufacturing industry and enjoy dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop close relationships with customers and provide a professional first point of contact
- Ensure supply and production is seamless throughout the sales order and production process
- To ensure proactive contact and account management is maintained at all times
- To ensure the effective coordination and distribution of information both internally and externally.
- To effectively facilitate all customer enquiries.
