Primary Teaching Assistant

Ongoing training and professional development. The role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support children with their learning, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging and positive learning environment. Provide support for children with additional needs where required. Help with classroom organisation and day-to-day activities. About you: Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential). A positive, patient, and proactive attitude. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility and reliability.
