Preconstruction Lead * Based in London EC1 * Leading specialist civils/structures business * £110k to £120k This £400m turnover market leader takes on complex inner city projects from enabling works through to superstructure, with project values up to £100m. As Preconstruction Lead, you'll act as the bridge between the commercial, planning, and operations teams, identifying appropriate project opportunities to secure whilst building strong external relationships. Partnering with the Commercial Director, you’ll shape bid strategies and lead pre-construction teams to deliver sharp, client-ready submissions. You’ll also drive team development, lead training efforts, and represent the company with impact in all external communications.
