Job title: Power Platform EngineerLocation / ways of working: Home-based (UK) with travel to Chelmsford HQ 1-2 days per monthPurpose of the role: Provide resilience and cover for the existing SharePoint/Power Platform capability while super-charging the design, build and deployment of current and new Power Apps, Automations, Databases, SharePoint lists and AI-enabled services across the business.Key responsibilities:Design & build advanced Canvas and Model-driven apps that are code-driven, performant and user-centric and easily scalable.Develop and maintain complex Power Automate flows, integrating seamlessly with Power Apps.Work inside Power Platform Solutions and apply healthy ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform Build Tools.Integrate external data & services via custom connectors / REST APIs; enforce robust authentication and security best practice.Model, normalise and optimise data in Dataverse, SQL Server/Azure SQL and SharePoint.Embed AI capabilities (e.g. generative prompts, AI Builder, Copilot) into apps and flows, prototype and demo new use-cases.Contribute to platform governance, documentation and knowledge-share with wider stakeholders.Proactively identify opportunities to automate, streamline and add busin…
