The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Post Room Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sorting and scanning mail
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Distributing stationary orders
- Assisting with reception duties, including answering telephones
- Providing administration support such as photocopying
- Completing checklists
- Helping maintain an organised and tidy office environment
This position has great routes for progression into other departments with previous Administration Assistants moving on to be Secretaries, HR assistants, IT assistants and Medical Agency File Handlers.
