Are you ready to pass on your skills and experience to the next generation of plumbers and gas fitters? Meridian Business Support is seeking a dedicated Plumbing & Gas Trainer/Assessor to support apprentices throughout their training journey. This rewarding role involves working closely with the delivery and assessment team to monitor apprentice performance, provide tailored support, and ensure each learner acquires the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for success in their trade. You will regularly meet with employers to review progress, set targets, and support timely programme completion, ensuring a collaborative and effective learning experience for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions for apprentices
- Conduct workplace and college-based assessments
- Carry out regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers
- Prepare and coordinate End Point Assessments (EPA)
- Maintain strong relationships through regular employer engagement
Agile Working: This role offers flexible working arrangements. You will visit apprentices in their workplace and support them while they attend college.
