The Role
- Location: National
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
We’re looking for a passionate individual with experience of managing all aspects of property maintenance within a social housing setting to join our team. You will have a proven track record of managing teams across a large geographical area, developing and delivering capital investment works and PPM within set budgets. You will work closely with Regional Maintenance Managers and stakeholders, whilst also deputising for the Head of Asset Management to ensure that we deliver good quality homes and an excellent repairs and maintenance service across our portfolio of approximately 1000 units.
