We’re currently recruiting Personal Development Tutors to support learners across a range of campuses in Weston-super-Mare. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in helping young people build the personal, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and each tutor will be based at one main campus, supporting one or more curriculum areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide structured personal development support to groups of learners across designated programmes.
  • Collaborate with teaching teams and support staff to ensure students receive well-rounded personal development guidance.
  • Deliver group tutorials on a range of essential topics including safeguarding, British values, respectful relationships, digital safety, sustainability, and equality and inclusion.
  • Support the development and delivery of a differentiated scheme of work tailored to each curriculum area.
  • Help students navigate challenges during their transition from school to further education and beyond.
