Leaving Care Personal AdvisorService care Solution are currently recruiting for a Leaving Care Personal Advisor in BedfordWe are seeking a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to work with care leavers, including those who are Children with Disabilities (CWD) and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), supporting their transition to independence and adulthood. This is a vital, high-demand role, requiring a confident and capable professional who can hit the ground running.Pay rate – £22.47 PAYE / £28 Umbrella per hourMain ResponsibilitiesAs a Leaving Care Personal Advisor you will be responsible for: Manage a caseload of care leavers aged 16–25, including UASC and CWDUndertake Pathway Plans, risk assessments, and regular statutory visitsLiaise with housing, education, health, and partner agencies to meet young people’s needsProvide practical and emotional support to prepare care leavers for independenceMaintain accurate, timely case records using Liquidlogic Children’s System (LCS)Work flexibly to meet the needs of young people, including occasional travel across the UK Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own carExperience as a Personal Advisor in a statutory Leaving Care settingS…
