A luxury leisure company are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their impressive team! Are you looking for the opportunity to learn EMEA payroll?
Location: Surrey
Hybrid working options!
Salary: Circa £45,000 (DOE)
Day to day duties:
- Coordinate end to end payroll for 6 countries including the UK
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all external providers as well as internal stakeholders and teams
- Manage statutory payments, starters/leavers
- Point of contact for all payroll related queries, pensions etc
- Benefits administration
- Process the monthly pension scheme
- Support on any other HR administrative or operational tasks as needed within the department
Ideal candidate:
- Highly desirable: Workday system experience
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Desirable: Exposure to APAC or EMEA
- Desirable: CIPP or CIPD Qualification
- Strong Excel skills
- Personality: someone who is hands on, has a go-getter attitude, proactive, contentious and articulate
