We have an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join the team here at The Clove Club. You will join the kitchen at The Clove Club, a fine dining restaurant set in the historic rooms of the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall, London. Awarded two Michelin stars and no86 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants.
Led by chef-patron Isaac McHale, it has a seasonal tasting menu featuring modern, elegant dishes rooted in technique but stripped back to their essential elements. We place a great emphasis on sourcing the very best produce the British Isles have to offer, and teach you the best ways to prepare and cook them.
You will be part of a small team of talented chefs with a focus on whole animal butchery, shellfish and fish preparation, stocks and sauces, but of course your role would focus on baking, patisserie and chocolate work.
