Are you a dedicated Out of hours Distribution Supervisor looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? At Tarmac, we are on the lookout for an Out of hours Distribution Supervisor to join our team.
Please note the working hours for this role are 15:30 - 00:00 Monday - Friday.
This role is mainly remote, but you will be expected to be at one of our sites at least once a week. This could be around the Midlands or the M5 or M6 corridor. Our current supervisors live around these regions; and when you meet it will be in Birmingham, so a willingness to travel to any of these locations is preferable.
About the Role
Reporting into the Logistics Services Manager, the successful Out of hours Distribution Supervisor will deliver and monitor the out-of-hours plan across the national planning setup. You will drive the appropriate optimise initiatives within the OOH team and develop a strong dynamic OOH planning team to deliver a sector-leading service.
