We are seeking Oracle Trainers to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 6-month contract. You will be working as part of the Oracle Programme and will be responsible for developing/designing learning materials to support the roll-out of the Oracle Fusion Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to end users, including demonstrations.
- Developing the training curriculum; course materials, exercises, guides, scripts for learning videos.
- Develop comprehensive slide decks, lesson plans, and exercises for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Create concise, step-by-step guides covering key processes and common user actions in Oracle Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
- Produce detailed documentation explaining system functionalities, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
- Design interactive eLearning courses incorporating quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning for self-paced training.
- Develop short, focused video tutorials demonstrating system navigation, transactions, and best practices.
