To support the sales team by managing the total stock at the warehouse and maintain a good flow of inbound/outbound deliveries. To operate the month end by liaising with the warehouse and sales support team to reach the sales target. Managing rework process to ensure to ship out on time and to declare inbounds with correct HS code.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide a high level of electronic e-mail support in relation to all client administration.
- Manage all stock management (discrepancies inbound, etc…)
- Handle bi-annual stock take (June, Dec) - Travel to the Netherlands required.
- Manage rework process for sales & domestic orders for rework and invoices.
- Effectively handle all customs queries for all inbound deliveries.
- Create/send ASN to the WH.
- Oversee all inbound deliveries into/out of the warehouse.
- Handle all duty postings for all inbound deliveries.
- Maintain all commodity codes and material master for all products on our SAP system.
- Report daily on inbound stock from HQ, back orders and any stock issues.
- Effectively manage the LE (Logistics Execution) and MM (Material Management) modules on SAP and ERP systems.
- Effective liaison with warehouse regarding delivery schedule / priority shipments.
