Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator for our client based in Buckinghamshire. You will be responsible for ensuring daily administration activities within the warehouse operation are completed in line with business requirements, including effective utilisation of operational resources in-line with quality, safety, and customer service requirements.
Hours: 9am-5pm
Pay: £25,000
Duties:
- Daily/weekly reporting of timekeeping and attendance levels to warehouse management
- Monitoring of emails and bookings as required
- Updating of department calendars
- Carrying out temporary staff inductions
- Ordering of pallets, packaging and sundries
- Populating client invoices with all relevant charges
- Documentation of standard operating procedures
- Receipting and put away of returns
Requirements:
- Previous Administration experience
- Computer literate, confident in using internal CRMs
- Your own transport due to the licence
