(Serious Injury Team) Responsible to: Serious Injury Operations Manager Level: ColleagueJob Summary The Operational Support is responsible for gathering, analysing, and presenting data in a clear, actionable format, often using dashboards and reports. The role holder will present findings and make recommendations that inform the leadership team of performance results. An ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities to deliver performance to agreed KPIs and objectives. With a experience of successfully supporting operational functions, you will have an ability to react quickly to both planned and unplanned change. A continuous improvement approach is essential to the success of this role.
