Salary: Depending on qualification and experience

Hours: Full-time, Preferably full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our passionate team is dedicated to delivering high-quality early years education and care. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team in Portswood. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of your designated room, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education. You will lead a team of practitioners, foster children's development, and build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.

Role/Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Understand and have a good knowledge of the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, the Inspection Handbook, Ofsted and Local Authority requirements.
