The predicted salary is between 28000 - 40000 £ per year.
Due to increasing levels of business, our client in Tyne and Wear is looking to recruit a number of experienced New Build Mortgage Brokers. With around 500 New Build enquiries per month, you’ll be kept busy and more importantly, there’s a great opportunity to earn £££. There’s both a qualifying team and a submissions team to support you, allowing you to close more deals. Expectation is 15-20 appointments per week.
Starting salary is £28,000 moving to £32,000 when signed off (can be achieved in a month). This will increase annually to £36,000 then £40,000. Bonus is based on productivity, up to 25% across everything. Protection will be split 50/50 with Protection Adviser, or you can write protection yourself, if desired.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have achieved CAS previously and have New Build experience
- Able to work both under pressure and at a fast pace
- Must be flexible with hours - there is weekend working
- Ideally office based, however, if hybrid (location dependent), must be willing to visit office minimum 2 days per week
- Protection experience is not required - can be trained, if required
- Keen to succeed

- 20 days plus stats increasing 0.5 each year, plus birthday
