Are you a polished and professional Administrator looking to work for an interesting and fast paced business? We are recruiting for a fantastic sought-after employer based in the Mid Kent area, who are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and switched on administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with no weekend working!

Duties include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the National Accounts team
  • Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
  • Delivering high level support to a range of clients
  • Assisting with the planning and management of internal customer visits
  • Preparing reports, presentations and handouts for client meetings
  • Producing quote sheets
  • Attending external customer visits (where appropriate and with training)
  • Liaising with internal departments
