We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 50 to 120 parcels per day to residential and commercial addresses within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and handle delivery-related inquiries
- Use handheld devices or scanners to track deliveries and obtain customer signatures
- Complete pre-delivery vehicle checks and report any issues
- Ensure all parcels are delivered securely and undamaged
- Return undelivered items and report delivery issues to the depot
- Comply with all road safety and traffic laws, as well as company policies
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in multi-drop or parcel delivery is desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of the local area and ability to follow GPS and route-planning apps
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting of parcels (up to 30kg)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
