With multiple opportunities available, this is your chance to play a vital role in helping students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. As a Mentor you will: Build trusting, supportive relationships with assigned students Encourage engagement with school and programme activities Support social-emotional development and well-being Provide consistent, reliable mentorship tailored to individual needs Collaborate with schools and programme staff to monitor progressAbout you: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential) Ability to commit to regular mentoring sessions A genuine desire to make a positive impactPosition – Mentor Contract or position start date – ASAP Contract or position end date (if applicable) – N/A Full time/part-time – Multiple roles available- from 1 hour per week up to 15 hours per week Hours – Monday to Friday Essential & Desirable Qualifications: A background in youth work/ support work is highly desirable Minimum of 1 year of experience working within UK schools Experience working with learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)/ SEMH needs is highly desirable.
