Are you an organised, patient-focused professional looking to make a real impact in a busy GP practice? We’re currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a friendly and supportive team in Southampton, with an immediate start available on a Part time or Full time basis. They are ideally looking for a permanent role, but would consider Locum for the right person.
The Role: As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the practice. You will have the opportunity to work in a well-run organised team where you will also have the opportunity to progress and upskill if so desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients in person and over the phone
- Booking, amending, and managing appointments
