We are working with a growing, medium-sized Mechanical contractor that specialises in high-quality design & build office fit out projects across London. With a strong project pipeline and a collaborative team environment, they are now looking to appoint a CAD Coordinator to join their design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of M&E CAD coordination experience looking to develop their skills further in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Support the design team with the coordination and production of 2D mechanical drawings
- Work on a variety of commercial office fit out projects from early-stage design through to delivery
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure drawing accuracy and technical compliance
- Update and revise drawings based on project changes and client feedback
- Ensure drawings are compliant with internal standards and client specifications
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience in an M&E CAD Coordinator or similar role
- Strong experience using AutoCAD (2D essential; Revit a bonus)
