Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property? We are looking for individuals that have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical based engineering course. You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits.
TSA are currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Leeds area, as part of a wider national team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client themselves is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across a range of industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.
Due to a large growth in the asset management teamβs portfolio, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys, with their current workload spread across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sector.
The client is looking to recruit someone at a beginner level. They will need to be able to communicate effectively and will need to be prepared to learn to perform their own surveys as part of a team.
The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging and creating condition reports.
