My client is a construction and facilities company and they are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Consultant to lead on the Functional Specifications for Maximo Commercial Processes.
Your responsibilities in the role:
- Work the FM Contracts to capture business requirements
- Undertake gap analysis against Maximo Functionality
- Develop Functional Specifications for build
- Oversee end-to-end Commercial Design
- Manage design issues and redesigns arising from changes in requirements, build, and test phases
- Support the data design for different testing phases, pre-cutover, cut-over 1 (partial data), and cut-over 2 (full data)
- Conduct gap analysis sessions with each contract commercial team to review the design against specific contract needs
- Develop contract gap specifications to enable iterative build adjustments
- Align system designs to non-standard business / contract processes and develop design solutions to address.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in functional consulting, particularly within FM processes and Maximo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
