We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to help drive our digital strategy, manage our e-commerce platform, and enhance our online customer experience. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of our e-commerce site, executing digital marketing campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to boost online sales. The initial contract is for six months, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee the e-commerce element of the website using WordPress, WooCommerce and Zoho, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information and optimisation for SEO.
  • Analyse website performance and implement improvements based on data insights, including conversion rate optimisation, user behaviour analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to:
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Optimise content and design.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of backup power solutions and power management to represent our products and communicate value to customers effectively.
