The Maintenance Planner is a key role within the maintenance team to support the safe operation of assets, plant productivity and reliability. As the Maintenance Planner, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with the Maintenance team, engineering team, scheduler, procurement and approved vendors. It will be essential to establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with all parties.
This role is key to delivering and maintaining all site safety standards throughout assets, ensuring site and industry regulations are followed, allowing operation as a top tier COMAH Site. Meeting regulatory and customer quality requirements relating to ISO9001, ISO14001 and cGMP as well as the requirements of cross contamination prevention.
Deliver maintenance plans, ultimately ensuring manufacturing performance.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained throughout the planning and delivery of all work on assets.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring breakdowns, PMs, Compliance work, site regulatory work and defects are planned in accordance with industry standards, EHS regulations and completed in a timely manner.
- Encourage a positive and a safety-first mentality throughout the business.
