This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused individual with a background in residential property or facilities management to join a committed and supportive team in a visible, hands-on role. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you\’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the estate. From maintaining building standards and assisting tenants to coordinating contractors and responding to emergencies, you\’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground-protecting the estate\’s integrity and enhancing the resident experience. You\’ll carry out regular property inspections, oversee maintenance works, ensure health & safety compliance (including fire door and alarm checks), and act as a key liaison between residents, contractors, and internal teams.
