Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Legionella Remedial Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Legionella Remedial Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Legionella Remedial Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Legionella Remedial Plumber will be responsible for:
- Carrying out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks.
- Working across a wide range of client sites and meeting their agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.
- Carrying out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
- Being an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customer sites.
- Maintaining customers' water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
- Taking a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and documenting these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
