Lead BI Analyst

Job DescriptionLead BI Analyst – Financial Services (no prior experience in FS needed) – Hybrid Working (1 day onsite) – Birmingham – Growing Business – Leadership – New Tech – £60-70k plus a great benefits packageThis role is ripe for someone in a Senior capacity at the moment, potentially leading a small team or mentoring and coaching less experienced analysts, ready to make the step up in a hands-on leadership role. The aim is to bring someone in with the capability to be an expert in BI solutions and the scoping and development of solutions in Power BI, SQL, Azure combined with the appetite and ability to Lead 5 Analysts. You will work really closely with Data Engineers and the business to provide meaningful data and BI solutions which drive decision making. You will work in an agile environment and be able to produce data models and have good analytical skills too. This is a great opportunity for someone who feels they are ready to take on a Leadership role and someone that wants to learn tools such as Snowflake and more modern and engineering tools, you will be working closely with engineers, but the primary focus remains in the Analysis of Data and reporting solutions.
