This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading Liverpool based tech company.
The role is Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in the central Liverpool office and remote the rest of the time. The position is Outside IR35.
As a Junior / Graduate Support Engineer, you will be working in a Windows, MS365 environment, so some knowledge of Windows 10/11 as well as Microsoft Office 365 (ideally commercial experience) is essential.
Essential skills include:
- Experience in IT support OR an IT related degree/qualification
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with laptops and mobile devices
- Some exposure to Azure
Desirable skills include:
- Experience with firewalls
- Security Active Directory Migrations
- SCCM or SQL Server
- Any Financial service, banking or Microsoft certifications
