Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Operations Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Bank’s IT systems and applications in line with established operational standards
  • Provide first-line IT support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Support and maintain PC networks and IT infrastructure
  • Administer and support Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain and support the group AV systems
  • Manage user access, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Oversee mobile device management
  • Perform laptop and desktop imaging using SCCM
  • Support and manage Uniflow printing systems

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in IT within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
