Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Operations Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bank’s IT systems and applications in line with established operational standards
- Provide first-line IT support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Support and maintain PC networks and IT infrastructure
- Administer and support Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain and support the group AV systems
- Manage user access, including onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee mobile device management
- Perform laptop and desktop imaging using SCCM
- Support and manage Uniflow printing systems
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in IT within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
