IT Field Technician – £30,000/£32,000 per annum – Derby Principal IT are working with a client in the education sector that are looking for an IT Field Technician to join their team. In this role you will play a vital part in supporting their future strategy. They are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous professional development and has an innovative approach to incorporating new technologies into their operations. As an IT Field Technician you will provide day to day support to users on a variety of tailored, bespoke and in-house computer systems. This role encompasses 1st, 2nd line support, allowing you scope to provide truly end to end solutions. You will be required to work both as part of a team and independently. Key Responsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for end users. Work towards Service level Agreements.
