This role involves providing proactive, person-centred support to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence, whether or not they choose to engage with the criminal justice system. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialist advocacy and support, including risk assessments, safety planning, and emotional support.Guide survivors through the criminal justice process, from initial reporting to post-trial support.Liaise with police, legal services, and partner organisations to ensure coordinated, survivor-focused responses.Provide information and emotional support via a helpline on a rota basis (including some evening and weekend shifts).Maintain accurate casework and contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and service development.
