Purpose of the Role:
As the Interim Contract Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and embedding effective contract management frameworks and practises. Your expertise will ensure that our client maximises value from their contracts while maintaining compliance and enhancing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement: Create a robust contract management methodology based on contract classification (Gold/Silver/Bronze).
- Ownership of Corporate Contracts Register: Ensure it is shared with relevant stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Transparency Compliance: Manage all obligations under The Procurement Act 2023 to ensure full compliance.
- Contract Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of existing contracts to identify risks, value, and improvement opportunities.
- Support & Train: Provide support and training to designated contract owners and managers.
- Supplier Performance Management: Introduce practices to enhance supplier performance.
