An Insights Manager at CARMA leads the end-to-end setup, management and delivery of insight products for a portfolio of clients. They are responsible for ensuring the quality, clarity and strategic value of all deliverables, acting as the bridge between clients and our internal teams.
This role reports into the Head of Insights and can be based in either Lisbon, Portugal or London, UK. We work in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-person collaboration. We enjoy coming together in the office to build relationships, share knowledge and learn from each other.
This role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about insights. Someone who enjoys translating data into meaning, spotting themes and helping clients make better decisions. The ideal candidate brings broad experience delivering insights across different sectors and is actively engaged with the wider industry, including frameworks like AMEC. A qualification is welcomed but not essential; curiosity and commitment to learning are key.
Insights Managers are expected to build strong partnerships with clients, coach and manage internal teams, and contribute to innovation, especially in integrating AI tools to enhance insight generation and efficiency.
