As an integral part of our senior management team, the In-House Counsel is tasked with providing expert legal guidance and support to ensure our operations align with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a robust understanding of commercial law, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, property law, litigation, basic employment legislation and risk management.
Our ideal candidate must be a proactive problem solver and strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong ethical foundation. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with various departments, external customers, finance, human resources, and the board, providing pragmatic and commercial advice that drives informed business decisions and safeguards our organisational interests.
