THE JOB:
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure every order flows from the first click to final delivery without a hitch. From liaising with suppliers to updating customers and collaborating with teams, you’ll be the glue that holds the operation together. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing Sales & Purchase Orders in the system like a pro
- Chatting with clients, confirming delivery dates, and keeping them in the loop
- Working with overseas suppliers to get everything approved and on schedule
- Partnering with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Keeping tabs on product design tweaks and licensing approvals
- Coordinating deliveries with shipping and distribution teams
- Making sure packaging and labels are spot on
- Supporting the Merchandise Manager with exciting new projects
