Morgan Philips is delighted to be exclusively representing our Manufacturing client to hire an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team in Southall. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and driving equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, as well as managing all day-to-day HR activities and employee relations. This position is a full-time, on-site role, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement & EDI: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement across the organization, focusing on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Management Development: Design and deliver programs aimed at upskilling the management population, ensuring leaders are equipped with the necessary tools to manage teams effectively.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for both blue and white-collar roles, creating efficient talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Change Management: Support the organization through transitions, ensuring effective change management practices are in place to facilitate smooth processes and minimal disruption.
- Policy Development: Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices within the manufacturing sector.
