This leading Insurance business is implementing an outsourcing programme and are looking for an experienced HR BPO Lead to join them. Working with the Programme Director and HR leadership team, you will lead delivery of the HR workstream for this complex programme.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading finance BPO programmes in international organisations - essential.
- Background in the insurance sector is essential.
- Background in top tier management consulting combined with experience in client side roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
