Our client is looking for a dynamic Hotel Venue Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's event and function spaces. This role involves the coordination of events, supervision of venue staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing venues or event spaces within a hotel or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all hotel venues, including conference rooms, ballrooms, banquet halls, and event spaces.
  • Coordinate with sales, catering, and marketing teams to drive bookings and maximize venue utilization.
  • Oversee event planning, set-up, execution, and breakdown processes in alignment with client expectations and hotel standards.
  • Supervise and train venue staff, including event coordinators, setup crews, and AV technicians.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and well-maintained.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and hotel standards.
  • Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
