I am Jim McIntyre, semi-retired bachelor businessman, best known as the manufacturer of Spartan Cars. I started hiring A level or university students when inviting motoring journalists to test my cars in the sunny south of France. I own and rent out various shops, offices, workshops, photographic and film studios. I am renovating two old houses in France and make frequent trips there, usually alone for two to four weeks in duration.
I spend July to August on my yacht which is moored near the beach in Marines de Cogolin near St. Tropez and invite business friends and family. You would act as hostess, cleaning, light cooking, shopping, emails, texting while I work on my boat. You have your own cabin and you may invite a guest.
Last year Izzy, (architecture Sheffield University), invited her pal Molly for a week. You need one dress / formal attire as dinner invites are certain but otherwise the rest of the time shorts and tee shirts will suffice. Everyone speaks English. We drive down there and you fly back alone. I schedule the whole trip around your availability.
