Leader Education are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work at a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) School that caters for students in KS1 through to KS4 based near Ashington. The ideal HLTA will have a Level 4 qualification at a minimum, have experience working with children and young people who need additional help daily and have a passion for education. This school aims to deliver a comprehensive and relevant curriculum tailored to meet the needs of each child or young person, with teaching and assessment carried out through personalised learning programmes. The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm and is a long-term position starting from September.
