What your core responsibilities would be:

  • Deliver and develop Toolbox Talks, create Health, Safety and Environmental bulletins as well as compile lessons learnt documents.
  • Assist with site audits, inspections and hazard/near miss reporting (post-training).
  • Support contractor vetting: insurance checks, training docs, SSIP compliance.
  • Compile EHS newsletters, share safety initiatives, and drive internal communications.
  • Assist with KPI tracking, record keeping, dashboards, and procedure documentation.
  • Contribute with drafting group procedures during workshop sessions.
