We are looking for a Head of Inclusion & SENCo to join our Senior Leadership Team at a secondary school in Southwark. This key role oversees whole-school inclusion and leads our SEND provision.

This is a chance to make a real difference for students and the wider school community. Our school has a strong track record of academic excellence and high expectations, providing a supportive and focused environment for both staff and students.

You will lead the SEND department, ensuring outstanding support for all SEND students. With a growing Sixth Form and a commitment to continuous improvement, it’s an exciting time to join us.

  • Hold both a NASENCO and QTS as well as experience of working in a similar post for at least a year in a secondary school
