Head of Food & Beverage Wildes Inns Limited.We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Food & Beverage.The Head of F&B is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage division, to maximise profits, enforce quality standards focusing on Wildes Innsexperiences, maintenance of high colleague performance and ensures guest and colleague satisfaction.The Head of Food and Beverage will also direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to management is necessary in order to ensure that all phases of F&B service in areas under managers control are functioning.The Head of Food & Beverage is accountable in the delivery of the Wildes Innsexperience, behaviours across the respective department, and hotel, and to ensure that the behaviours are followed through by our colleagues.What we are looking for?We are…
