We are seeking an exceptional senior property professional to work for an established family office and private venture investment firm based in Cambridgeshire. The property portfolio comprises c £300m of commercial and residential assets across the region.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity at a point of critical change and inflexion within the business, to lead a high-performing and successful team, inspiring and encouraging both personal and team development, shaping a progressive and purpose-led culture, and driving financial and operational performance across a diverse and evolving property portfolio.
In this pivotal role, a Board appointment, you will play a key part in the creation and delivery of our long-term property strategy to ensure the long-term stewardship of assets. You will lead the annual business planning process, oversee investment and development opportunities, and drive the Group’s sustainability and ESG agenda. Your strategic thinking, combined with your hands-on leadership, will be vital in shaping future growth.
You will also represent the Group externally—acting as a key ambassador in the market—to promote our vision, access new opportunities, and structure opportunities for joint ventures and other collaborations aligned to our goals.
