Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South West London & Surrey.
Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for a General Builder / Multi Trader to join our team. (We only do small building and maintenance projects)
SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects Surrey / South London locations (not central London - we cover approx 8 mile radius from Sutton Greater London - SM1)
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for a friendly, fully experienced, fit and healthy Builder / Multitrader to carry out general light building work and planned maintenance repairs, brickwork repairs, plastering, bathroom & kitchen installations, tiling, general maintenance works etc for Immediate start.
- Working in Sutton and the surrounding areas (not into Central London)
- Must live local to Sutton Surrey (SM1)
- Own VAN (NOT TRUCK OR CAR)
- Own Tools
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Friendly & Flexible
