Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for food and education? Strategy Education is working with a vibrant secondary school in Lewisham that is seeking a dedicated Food Technician to support the delivery of engaging food technology lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients, tools, and equipment for practical lessons
  • Assist teachers and support students during food preparation activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment
  • Manage stock, order supplies, and ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Comply with food safety and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in a food-related or school-based environment (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude
  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
